Q : What happens after I put down my initial deposit?
A: After paying the initial deposit you will be emailed a receipt from our ticketing partner, Music Today. Within one week of receiving this receipt you will be contacted with payment completion links and a bed type request from a Consider It Dan representative.
Q: How do I go about making my final payment?
A: You will have the option of paying via credit card through a payment compl etion link or by mailing us a check or money order for the remaining balance. Please remember that ALL credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.
Q: When will I be able to select what room type I want?
A: Within one week of putting down your initial deposit.
Q: Can I use a different credit card for additional payments than the one I used for the deposit?
A: Yes, you may use different credit cards to complete your payment. However, if the card has a different last name than the card you used for the deposit, please notify us so that we can tie your payment to the correct package. The name listed under the "will call" ticket information is what the hotel will have on file.
Q: Am I allowed to pay in increments?
A: Yes. For some of our packages we offer the option of paying in increments. If the package does not specify, please email us and we will gladly make arrangements to send you the appropriate payment links.
Q: Am I allowed to pay upon arrival at the hotel?
A: No. All packages must be paid in full by the given due date.
Q: Is there a minimum age limit for the packages?
A: The age limit for our packages varies depending on the policies of each venue and hotel. Typically hotels require a person to be 18 or older to check in, but some d o not allow anyone under the age of 21 to reserve a room in their name. Similarly, some venues that serve alcohol have minimum age requirements based on state law. We recommend that you call or email the hotel and/or venue directly to determine minimum age requirements.
Q: How many shuttles do you have?
A: Shuttles will vary based on occupancy. We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy and we have a dedicated shuttle coordinator at all events making sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. Of course, factors such as weather and traffic sometimes make it difficult to achieve maximum time efficiency, but we are always going to be as prepared as possible.
