Camp Bisco Hotel Package - Package Overview
ALL PACKAGE PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (2 PEOPLE/PACKAGES TO A ROOM). FOR SINGLE, TRIPLE, OR QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY PACKAGES, PLEASE CONTACT US We will be happy to construct a package specific to your needs.
Packages Include:
- 3 nights accommodations at the Holiday Inn Schenectady
- Check in Thursday and out on Sunday
- Unlimited Shuttle transportation all weekend between your hotel and Camp Bisco.
- Shuttles will run from one half hour before music starts until one half hour after the late night music ends.

We have studied the shuttle schedule and numbers of riders from last year in order to create as pleasant an experience as possible. We are limiting the numbers of riders this year in order to serve you better.
You may choose 1 or 2 deposits. We will not be pairing anyone up with roommates. If you are booking 1 package, make sure your roommate also books 1 package immediately, as these packages are sure to sell out due to limited quantity.

Camp Bisco - Airport Shuttle Package
There will only be 2 pickup times per day. Please plan your flights accordingly. If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to get you to Camp Bisco in a timely manner, but you must be patient. Please be aware that we will do our best to pick you up at the posted times, but there are sometimes outside factors (weather, traffic, etc..) that cause delays.
Pick up times at the Albany Airport Arrival Terminal are as follows:
Thursday July 17th - 2 PM and 5 PM
Friday July 18th - 12 PM and 3 PM
Pick up times at Camp Bisco are as follows:
Sunday July 20th - 5 AM (airport arrival at 6:00 AM) and 10 AM (Airport arrival at 11:00 AM)
Within 1 week after booking an airport shuttle, you will be sent an email to complete your flight information so we can best serve you and your party.
Roundtrip shuttle passes are $50 per person. 4 Packs are $175 (It's easier to deal with 3 groups, than 12 individuals for us) All members of the groups must have the same flight information.
